Plans submitted for mixed use regenerational scheme within fire damaged North Yorkshire building

We’re pleased to announce that E3 Architecture, on behalf of our client, has submitted a full planning application for the redevelopment of a longstanding site in North Yorkshire.
This landmark former Harpers building, vacant since an arson attack in 2017, will be restored and repurposed retaining the existing structure, reinstating a Class E retail space, and delivering nine high-quality apartments above, complete with a residents’ roof terrace overlooking the neighbouring Grade II listed St Andrew’s Church.
